WorkRoots is a new community-led initiative helping refugees and asylum seekers find meaningful work and rebuild their lives.
We’re incubated by Ideas Hub Chelmsford, a grassroots organisation that supports local people through creativity, volunteering, and inclusive community action.
WorkRoots isn’t a recruitment agency — we’re building a network of partners, employers, and volunteers who believe in second chances and the power of community to create real opportunity. The project is still in its early stages, but grounded in listening, learning, and co-creating something that matters.
